It is time for your SIP. This internship opportunity is of tactical and strategic importance which will help you to grow rapidly from internship level to that of a corporate leader. Internship is a unique platform to showcase your talent and apply your learning in any industry. It is your first step in your career and you create your own future. These precious ten weeks of your SIP should not pass away with feelings like “It happened so fast” or “I also took part in SIP”.
An optimum effort has to be put by you at every level, starting from day one of the SIP to the last day. Thus, “Whatever you do, make sure you do a good job.”Do not work like it is a nine to five job. Have passion for your work and work with a vision and a mission.
Do remember the important values of ethics, integrity, trust, punctuality and respect for your workplace. Follow the three C’s-to be competent, committed and compassionate. As you know, SIP- the first step towards Placement serves the dual purpose of intellectual engagement and professional development. So make maximum, optimum and effective use of SIP. Make the best efforts to turn your internship into Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
